It’s my fault. I put the game on right the beginning of the bottom of the 8th. They still haven’t gotten an out.

I don't approve of how no manager can refuse to play along and let his starters go deeper into games than the norm.

That was essentially the first one.

CIN runs today:
2nd inning: Fly LF (not caught), E-4, BB, BB
6th (2 out/none on): BB, HBP, 1B, double steal

Stearns seems to be a 'throw stuff against the wall and see what sticks' kind of guy. Unfortunately this team seems to have teflon walls.

Manaea and Houser stuck pretty nicely through their first turn in the rotation.

Severino stuck a whole lot better today. I just wish he could have stuck around for a few more batters.
