If they needed Tuesday to be a day game because the teams were traveling all the way to Philadelphia, why is today not a day game when the Mets need to trek to Miami?

If they needed Tuesday to be a day game because the teams were traveling all the way to Philadelphia, why is today not a day game when the Mets need to trek to Miami?

Clearly it didn't need to be a day game so it was someone on the NYM side who made the decision that it be one. There are various
rules dictating when get-away games must be a day game but this didn't fit any of those jumping time zone requirements.
I wasn't really complaining about it, more like wondering why that decision was made.
Tuesdays, along with Fridays except at Wrigley, are almost never get-away days therefore are almost never day games.

Maybe playing day games when hosting Philly means fewer rowdies coming up the turnpike.
