just decide, and whatever you decided, the Mets decided on me. And whatever dubious choices and offensive instagram posts I've made along the way, I've been a consistent hitter from year to year, I'm only in the fray for a single season, an a large chunk of what I'll be drawing won't be for over another decade, when a million bucks will be a the cost of a video rental.
The main cost will be the roster spot, and that's not nothing, but the Dodgers didn't think I was worth a roster spot, and the guy they gave my spot to now has a big ol' gamblin' cloud hanging over his head. All that's hanging over my head is the curiosity of not knowing how you think my 2024 is going to go.
