Kim was actually better than I thought she'd be on SNL (admittedly not a high bar). But Madonna has stayed far too long at the party.

Like I said, it's been decades since I watched the show regularly so I have no opinion as to how good she was/wasn't. It's just that the original SNL would have thought it beneath themselves to stoop to parody her
much less feature her. But i guess that's what happens when you go from cutting edge to pop culture, or from choosing your invites on talent vs basing them on number of Twitter followers.
