team's all-time leading scorer with 1,470 points.		Second-team All-Pro (1997). Two-time Pro-Bowler
(1997, 1999). NFL interceptions co-leader (1999).
PFWA All-Rookie Team (1988). New York Jets All-
Time Four Decade Team
Was a three-time All-American soccer player
with St. Louis University.		Founder of Eneje Consulting, which tries to
quantify coaching peformance in sports in order
to allowcoaching hires to be meritocratic.
