Yeah, that's pretty fucked up. I've had MSNBC on all morning and they
chose not to show that I guess. Wonder if other networks did.

I wonder if they asked him to smile for the camera? When my kids were little, instead of "cheese", kids were prompted to say "chee chee bumblebee".
So that's what I want to know. Did they make Danelo Cavalcante say "chee chee bumblebee"?

Lest anybody have any questions about how militarized our law enforcement is getting.

Re: Escaped guy
Even though he was out for two full weeks I thought it was inevitable all along that he was going to get caught, it was
merely a question of how messy it was going to get.
Not messy at all apparently and ultimately it was the dogs that got him.
One thing I hadn't realized (or hadn't remembered) until reading a book about it a couple years back was that not only was
James Earl Ray an escaped convict when he killed MLK but he also escaped from the eastern Tennessee prison after he was
sentenced for the King killing. He managed to stay free for just three days (although for a 51 y/o in the mountainous terrain
of east TN it's a bit impressive that he managed to do even that). It was the dogs that got him too.

I did not know that either.
