<<===---++Lunch Check 2023++---===>>

Fish teriyaki from the local Ecuadorian deli around the corner. Lenten cod
with a Shinto spin! Deli guy said the sauce is his mom's recipe from back
in Ecuador. I think he was pulling my leg, tasted like Soy Vay.

I had half of a leftover grinder from Stu Leonard's.
But I wasn't too hungry after reading that the bottled water we use- Acadia (house) brand from Stop and Shop has been recalled. It is bottled near where there was a toxic spill in Ohio a few weeks ago.

This was on page 4, don't youse people eat??

Last of the mayo smelled a little funky so I chucked it. Had a 5oz can of
solid white albacore with some ranch and balsamic vinaigrette dressing on
a toasted bagel. Little chopped celery and scallion, in the interest of full
lunch-check disclosure.

Can't say enough about it. And other than the flight, it's dirt cheap.

We had leftover tuna frittata…recipe is on the back of Manechevitz (sp?) noodles (which cost more but are worth every penny)
It is oh so good!

Plus a fun size Almond Joy.

Went out with a bunch of work colleagues and my former boss to a Japanese place and had salmon teriyaki. Pretty fancy lunch that I didn't have to pay for. All good.
