When we built our house (way back in 1996) we had Klipsch speakers built into the walls and ceiling of several rooms. I had never heard of Klipsch, but the electronics/security guy told me they were good quality and assured me the would sound great. He was right.

Having a routine colonoscopy Friday morning, starting the prep tomorrow, ugh , not looking forward to it, but needs to be done

I took tomorrow off to prep , I'm worried that I'll still be crapping on my way to the appointment

For me it was the taste of the stuff that they made you drink. Procedure is nothing.

Yeah I heard it's awful, did you mix it with Gatorade or anything like that ?

Metirish I had that same fear but it didn’t happen.

Yeah the taste is bad but I drank sprite in between and that helped.

The kind I had was just mixed with water. It’s kinda lemony.

The last time I had to do it there was nothing to drink, just some pills to take. It was much better that way. That drink is horrendous.

I'm home already, clean as a whistle, good for ten years , it was at my place of work , so I knew many of the people, including the doctor, I'm starving...

Prep was the worst part as Bucket said , just a lot to drink , but the doctor told me after I did a great prep and they had an easy time

There are pills you can take instead of the drink. If anyone in our listening audience has a colonoscopy coming up, be sure to ask your doctor about the pills. It's a much better alternative.

Metirish I was wondering how it was going yesterday for you but obviously didn’t want to ask.

Yeah the hunger is also a big part of the unpleasantness! This last time I was allowed broth which helped but that got old real fast. I wanted saltines!

I bought both chicken and beef broth and didn't have any, ate breakfast at 9am and that was it , the last several glasses of prep were rough to get through, plus it was close to midnight, I was tired , anyway, all done

Went to Loew's today to get an obscure thing I needed that I found
online that wasn't available at Home Depot. OMG, what a difference
from our local Home Depot (that is closer). Cleaner, friendlier, and
just a total upgraded experience.

Worth going out of our way, and there's a Trader Joe's next door.
