Namath to Maynard was poetry in motion.
I loved watching him catch a pass and run right past the defender.

Saw Maynard catch a TD pass in the only football game I ever attended at Shea Stadium from ... Babe Parilli.
Namath, IIRC, started the game but had been either injured or benched mid-game.

My wife was one of her son's teachers in Elementary School.
She told me Ronnie used to come to PTA meetings in a limo wearing a mink coat.

I saw her in concert in Central Park in the ‘90’s opening for Tommy James. She was great (so was Tommy).

Also lost from the music world this month, Marilyn Berger, co-writer of haunting movie themes “The Way We Were” and “The Windmills of Your Mind,” among many others. She was 93.

Either that or he came back after discovering a new issue on which he was vaguely informed that he wanted to protest.

Clearly, Yahoo News could use an editor like Lou Grant.

Baxter's the best.

That's the gift that keeps giving right there. The amazing part is that Ted Knight was a war hero who won five Bronze Stars.
