For some reason, Storch popped into my mind just a day or two ago. I was pretty sure he was still alive and was closing in on the century mark
Looks like I killed him.

I have no doubt that it didn't age well (haven't seen one in decades) but it was a fave of mine at the time.

Abe was a true leader. I know Japan’s gun woes are minuscule compared to the US, but I am surprised he did not have more security.

Especially since the weapon used was a "home made shotgun".
That sounds like a short range weapon.(as opposed to a rifle)
I agree with you that a shooter shouldn't have been able to get that close.

He's not a PM anymore. He probably wasn't particularly handled so as to be invulnerable.

The next former PM might well be.

He really bought into the character of Paulie Walnuts.

Even duct tape can't fix stupid. But it can sure muffle the sound.

I was thinking about F Troop the other day too, mostly Calamity Jane embarrassing the Captain all the time.
Cute show.

Two things I just learned about Clark Gilles
(from the January portion of this thread)

He lived the last portion of his life (and died also) in Greenlawn, NY. (a village within Huntington township). That won't mean much to most of you but it will to a few.

And the above links that he and teammate Bobby Bourne shared continued. Bourne's son married Gilles' daughter.

Adam Wade, the singer/actor I remember primarily for hosting the game show Musical Chairs and going to commercial breaks by announcing we were going to “pause for the cause,” 87.

It would be fun if just one of these women would say he has a three-and-
a-half-inch pecker. But they're probably contractually obligated not to say.

Oh, I think one or two have spoken about his penis.

As for what Ivana knew, she knew he raped her, and that should have been enough for the rest of us.

I think that's what Stormy Daniels (or was it one of the other hookers he paid off?) was alluding to when she said it looked like a mushroom. And that's why he didn't want it to go to open court where it might have to be included in sworn testimony.

Mark Fleischman, Studio 54 owner, dies by assisted suicide - 82

From Yahoo:
Fleischman announced his plans to die by suicide on in an interview published last month in the New York Post. He had an undetermined degenerative condition that left him unable to walk or dress himself. He said he had attempted suicide two years ago, with an overdose of Xanax, but was revived at a hospital.

It was enough for me, but I was wondering if she knew about any of the more recent crimes of her ex and her children that lead to someone silencing her during the 1/6 hearings.

I wouldn't think she knew much about that, but who knows? It's more likely, I would guess, that she could have provided help with regard to the investigations into his business dealings in the New York.

The cause of death is being investigated. Police have speculated that she had a fall down the stairs.
