For a second there I thought I was going to close with back to back Eagles.

38 on the front nine followed by 31 on the back even with a Seven in the mix. Second straight month I've started slow then finished strong enough to wind up ... mired somewhere in the middle.

Regular weekly tournaments are decided by single 'Sudden Death' holes until a winner emerges. In the case of ties involving three or more those not matching the others drop out of the mini playoffs one by one.

The British Open* uses a predetermined four hole playoff with S.D. rules after that if necessary.

The U.S. Open uses (or at least they did tho it may have changed recently) a full 18 hole round on Monday.

I think the Masters uses single holes but I can't remember for sure.
