He hasn't been charged with seditious conspiracy. At least, not yet.

Wasn't there Jan 6 because he was arrested a few days before, anyway hope he rots in jail

There's a video that shows him in a parking garage meeting with other rioters the night before the attack on the Capitol. That was major evidence in the conspiracy part of the charges brought against him.

Right, I'm not disputing anything, just saying he wasn't there ( he was kicked out of DC days before and was in Baltimore)
