Interesting that Terrio is the boss, and he wasn't at the Capitol. But he planned and supported the attacks.
Then I wonder what sentence could be applied to the boss's boss (Trump).

There's a video that shows him in a parking garage meeting with other rioters the night before the attack on the Capitol. That was major evidence in the conspiracy part of the charges brought against him.

Right, I'm not disputing anything, just saying he wasn't there ( he was kicked out of DC days before and was in Baltimore)
