Congratulations to FMan, who both beat me in yesterday's trivia match and finished one stroke ahead of me today for the monthly wordle championship.

I birdied the last six holes and still somehow lost a stroke on him over that period. He played that back nine like a machine.

In December 2023 Seo & I wound up tied after 18 holes with matching 14-under/58's while Grimm and marathon were only one and two shots behind
that. So that's four guys at -12 or better and everyone at least at 3-Under.
As a whole we were a collective over par on just two holes: a 4.08 avg for GENRE and 4.38 for WOMAN

So I think that month takes the cake for easiest round of our little contest here which, with the closing of this round, completes its second full year.

Of course. I wasn't on the tour in 2023, but now I do recall
seeing the December highlights on Wordle Golf Channel this
summer. Epic stuff!

My last win was May of 2023. There were only nine players that month (me, FK, TM, Irish, Edgy, Cal, JCL, MM and Marshmallow) besides myself. This is elite competition here!

After I finally got the hole in one with STARE, I switched to a new word, that I'm growing accustomed to. It's a fairly common word with five letters that are very popular, and which has never been used (and could potentially score me another ace someday). The problem is that this word does not have an R in it.

If you notice on the back nine, seven of those days all featured words without an R. This helped. Most days this is not an advantage.

FK and ABNS both shot a -14 in December 2023. BG shot a -13 and MM a -12 that same month. My -12 this past month was the best score since then
