A Michigan singer who lately pretends to be English.
I think Madonna's from Detroit. Has she been pretending to be English lately?

Yeah, Madonna's been doing the whole English accent thing.

The biggest songs on the Bon Jovi album were written by Desmond Child, who wrote "I was Made for Loving You" with Kiss, Aerosmith's MTV-era hits and even Alice Cooper's "Poison."

Kase, there's a big one out there that I guarantee is in your collection.

Tracy Chapman came to mind, but I thought there was no way she was that big. Probably would have guessed "Brothers in Arms" after a few more wayward flails.

No Stones, no Bowie, no Elton John, no Who, no Dylan. Maybe I'm amazed. No Wings, either.

Fun kwiz.

No Garth Brooks, too. ABBA's absence is also a little bit of an eyebrow raiser. They had TWO massive greatest hits albums but no first-run album that encapsulated their hit-after-hit stardom.

That Celine Dion record was my big surprise. I know she was a global superstar and shit but I didn't think there was any one album that captured her moment. And if there was, I'd've figured that Titanic soundtrack was it.

Went to Reply before seeing that you had given all the answers.
Since I had had good luck with female artists, I was going to guess
