I didn't know this. Fun fact, if true...

I actually did know that.
That was the thing about the Troubadour in those days. Given its LA location not only were you performing in front of an audience of fans
but there were just as likely to be a bunch of industry execs listening in and also a bunch of your peers and competition.
It was very cross-pollinating in that way.

McLean, btw, just release a new album.

Which way do you like it better?

I like the darker Tuna in oil myself.
If I had to choose, I'd go with solid white in water. I also
prefer to open a can marked solid white tuna and get solid
white tuna. The difference between the two cans was ridiculous.

If I'm eating oily canned fish it's sardines or anchovies. Really,
all I use anchovies for is to add to sauces or sautés but I like
to occasionally eat sardines right out of the can.

72 y/o Bill Belichick reportedly has a new 24 y/o girlfriend.
If this goes well do you suppose he's going to marry her or just adopt her?

I just took Kappy out for a final pee and there's a Mercedes parked in
front of the house with two wheels on the curb onto our tree lawn*.

Not a cheapo Benz mistresses get -- big-ticket, brand-new, four-door
sedan. Do we get to keep it after 48 hours if abandoned?

My neighbor's obnoxious punk kid used to park his car with two wheels on my lawn.
I told him that anything that's on my lawn is mine and I have the right to smash the windshield with a baseball bat.
It cured him of the habit.

My guess is that might land you in court but good luck with that.

We had to cancel all of our scheduled patients yesterday. As of 4:00 p.m. yesterday when I left, I have no idea if we will have to do the same on Monday, as the current fix is for IT to physically start each PC in safe mode, delete the file, and reboot. I'm guessing we will have to cancel. Obviously, in a large hospital, there are priorities unless CrowdStrike can come up with a remote fix to push. Apparently, they are working on that.

Most of my desktop got wiped by the techies, so it took a while this morning to get back up and running. And some of my applications were missing, so I have to tough it out until Monday.
I have appointments Tuesday morning with three different doctors. I hope they're back in business by then.
Wish you luck.

I'm at work and all PCs are down with the same blue screen, when I call the Helpdesk it is just a pre-recorded message alerting us to the fact they are working on it

My neighbor just gave me 'some' Klipsch speakers. Two floor-
standing towers, four smaller front/back, one center and a giant
subwoofer. KB is going to have a calf when she gets home. I need
to hide them and NOW!!!
