JDV Watch

Post by kcmets » Mon Jul 29, 2024 5:00 pm

It's not poll worthy, but I say he's fired by August 10th.

I'm not sure. Depends Donnie doesn't like to be told he made a bad decision, and may push back hard against people telling him to dump Vance, trying to show them he was right.

Pick a date or say he stays the duration.

The Orange Jesus is beyond diagnosis, but I was more thinking that
JD is getting more air-time than TOJ. My bet is TOJ not likey one bit.

And as the polls change little by little, he'll need someone to blame.

You're fired!

I've been thinking he's going, going, gone for a coupl'a days, now. They'll fabricate some bullshit story to cover up the fact that he was more or less shitcanned.

These are good points. But if Vance goes, there'll be a bullshit Vance-exit story exonerating the sociopath from any bad decision-making. Maybe Vance changing his mind all on his own or something like that.

BTW -- speaking of never backing down, today the orange scumbag is trying to totally weasel out of Project 2025. And the head of Project 2025 has "stepped down". That's what'll happen to Vance if and when he goes -- he will have "stepped down". FOX is "reporting" that Project 2025 is not associated with the sociopath's campaign.
The leader of the Heritage Foundation's Project 2025 has stepped down amid unrelenting criticism of the program from former President Trump and Democrats' continued efforts to link Trump's campaign to the project.

Billed by Heritage as a blueprint for a future Republican administration to restructure many parts of the U.S. government, Project 2025, also known as the Presidential Transition Project, launched in April 2022 and is not associated with Trump's campaign.

Trump called the program "absolutely ridiculous and abysmal" as the then-Biden campaign was zeroing in, pointing to the 900-page conservative plan to steer voters away from a second Trump administration.

Vance is just in way over his head. He has the talking points down, but the minute he has to think on his feet he's lost.

He's not going anywhere, though; that would require Trump admitting he made a mistake- something that will never happen.

I don't know. He parted ways with about 200 cabinet members during his administration.

Dumped a couple of wives, too.

Well, this should be fun. Seems JD dressed in drag at Yale in 2012. Viral internet, do your thing.

Right, maybe nothing more than harmless fun, but when you constantly rail against this it just makes it all worse , plus this is what you get when Wric and Don Jr throughly vet a candidate

At least he could have shaved.
Is that second one supposed to be a provocative pose?
Who is he trying to attract?

Count me in as one of those veterans who is appalled at Vance's attack on Walz.
"JD Vance’s recent comments attacking Governor Walz’s service record are disrespectful and deeply disappointing, especially given Vance’s own service − which we are also profoundly grateful for," the letter, obtained by USA TODAY, reads. "But given Donald Trump’s long record of expressing disdain for service members, veterans, and their families, it’s unsurprising that his running mate has stooped to such lows."

Nearly a quarter century of service is hardly stolen valor by any
rational measure. And wasn't Vance a military reporter and some
kind of meet and great soldier? It's still dangerous work, but it's not
like he was out in the battlefield lobbing grenades or raiding caves.
But he's the one who's finger pointing so I bring it up. And, of course
his boss was a wuss-puss draft dodger who calls the would be soldiers
under his command (if elected again) suckers. It's all so nutty.

Oh, there's a lot of suckers alright. And they all worship Orangeman.
