We're rewarding covers not catches and the Vogelbach cover is better, if not the best this year. It's a unique picture (I'm guessing that a reporter took it from the press box given the angle). The Nimmo cover, as previously discussed, is ruined by the gratuitous "de", the superfluous image of the now-Texas player, and the intruding banner at the top.

It looks like you just flipped two votes. A few minutes ago, CATCH was up 8-7, now BACH leads 9-6.

Yeah, I feel bad about voting down a well executed photo of an outstandingly executed catch. But it's a poorly executed cover, and it would be wrong to overlook that.
Memoirs of a Geisha can give me a really well photographed capture of an excellent performance by its star, but it's still kind of a dumb movie.
