I usually don't vote for matching headlines but the "Bear's Repeating" and "Bears RePETEing" are sufficiently different.

If you're going to go with that headline you should at least go with the RE
PETEING spelling.
Plus, the use of the apostrophe is questionable at best. Bear is repeating??!?
