I think that's intended to be a possessive, a game that belongs to the number. But it's a weird choice.

"Running Up That Hill" was a timely reference in July as the use of Kate Bush's song of that name in "Stranger Things" made the song a big hit.

The phrase "up that hill" reminded me of a different song:
