Here it is. It's an oral order and as far as I know, has not been reduced to a writing:

If that's it, there's a strong argument that the gag order doesn't prohibit any of the litigants from making unacceptable or inappropriate comments about the Judge. Although I suppose that if Trump now makes a comment about the Judge that is deemed inappropriate, the Judge can issue another gag order and/or increase the penalty, which the Judge has threatened to do. But I've seen litigants do, literally, one twentieth or one thirtieth of what Trump's already done --- thrown in jail on civil contempt charges. It's probably the right move as is. If he can shut up Trump without lowering the hammer, the Judge did good.

Trump WANTS the judge to throw the book at him. It'd be a fundraising bonanza. And if he ordered him jailed, he'd rake in exponentially more.

He knows he can't win the case. But he wants to be the 'martyr'. It's really the only avenue he has left.

Powell was a particularly loathsome character in this whole affair ... but of course that's why she was hired in the first place. She essentially showed up in the midst of it all, told team Trump what they wanted to hear, and was quickly brought aboard for the ride.

Guilty plea from Jenna Ellis, copping to one felony count of aiding and abetting false statements and writings. Sentenced to five years of probation along with $5,000 in restitution, 100 hours of community service, writing an apology letter to the people of Georgia.

That seems about par for what the other lawyers have gotten. I'm kind of wanting to see a precedent of somebody convicted of one of the RICO statute violations.
