Tee off tomorrow morning.

It's my own fault that there'll even be a playoff as I totally botched the 17th hole.
Following a four-blank opening drive, my second shot, ABOUT, gave me an A, O, and B, even though all were in the wrong slots.
On the other hand knowing where the two vowels didn't go gave me a pretty good idea that the A & O were going to wind up in
the 2nd & 4th slots (one order or the other) with the B being in the 1st, 3rd or (less likely) final slot.
So I spent many minutes staring at B A _ O _ and B O _ A _ or _ A B O _ etc and yet somehow never saw BACON. In fact I couldn't
see Anything until finally throwing up a desperation heave of NABOB. That was, of course, a stupid guess but by luck it gave me
the N at which point BACON essentially reached out and slapped me in the face for a four after what should have been a gimme three.

Came up short on two straight guesses with only limited possibilities left.

Weird round for me.
I'm a cumulative one under par on the nines holes of 1-6 and then 17-19
On the ten hole segment in between, 7 to 16, I went a combined 13-under. In that stretch I was hitting every coin flip guess correctly so that, even when i didn't get a good starting position off my opener, I still racked up nothing but birds and eagles.
Can't get either of them right now.
