Arizona Supreme Court uses a law from 1864 (not a typo) to totally ban abortion in the state, full stop. There is a ballot initiative to restore abortion access that will have way more signatures than needed to get on the ballot. This just put the state out of reach for Trump, who just yesterday said that abortion should be decided by the states, even ones who use laws left over from the Civil War era.

Joe Biden can safely put Arizona's 11 electoral votes in his pocket. Ruben Gallego will also pad his victory margin against nutjob Kari Lake.

*AZ court reverses it's decision based on some nonsense that's already
been cooked up at part of the staged sham-a-roo.
*Trump claims victory for saving AZ from ancient law and all the white
women vote for their Savior and send him their kids college dough.
