Diaz to IL, Shoulder Impingement

Theories:

1. He’s actually hurt (and maybe that explains things).

2. He’s not really hurt, and this is an Eppler-style move to let him save face and get a breather.

It will also allow them to send him down to the minors to "rehab", which means time to work out his problems and hopefully regain confidence.

This totally feels like a convenient injury that allows him to work on his stuff in the minors.
