Wonder where he stands on whether dinosaurs once roamed the earth.
I have a feeling he'll admit they did, but will have an interesting idea of how many years ago they did.

Did you come by boat and have to check in at Ellis Island? I honestly don't know if that actually happens anymore

Ellis closed back in the 1950s, I guess when immigrants tended to stop arriving by passenger ship.
Also, immigration stalled following The Immigration Act of 1924, so we didn't need an offshore place to process evuhbody, so it was mostly used for refugees and people who were having legal difficulties entering elsewise.

It didn't totally close.
It is now a museum and education center.

I did indeed, right of the boat , hoarded through and was met by Al Smith
I actually flew one way on Tower Air ,long since gone , a passenger ship would have been better

Heroic = the studio was in Queens at the time, Francesa lived in Nassau county, he was one of the few who didn't have to cross a bridge to get to work.
Russo, living in Connecticut, couldn't make it in that day so clearly he's no hero and/or hates his country.

Missed one day of work in the last four years and that was just for a cold where I could have gone in but chose not to because I was tired
and knew there were people there to cover my work. Maybe that was a case of mild Covid, maybe it wasn't.

That’s pretty amazing! I know very few people that have not had it and in fact I know several who have had it in the past two weeks.

I do remember a classic 'Not always right but never in doubt' Francesa moment from that day.
He didn't wonder or suspect, he
KNEW, that the plane in PA was taken down by the government and it was merely a matter of time until what he already knew became public.
