Thats the obvious example, but hardly the only one.

Of course, but the obvious example gets the hashtag.

What eats me is they typically aren't positioned back by the wall. It's the plays at the wall — catches on the warning track with the outfielder facing away from home, and fair/foul calls at the pole, that the base umpires can't really see.

What made that play was that Taylor barehanded it off the wall. The announcers ignored that.
Even duct tape can't fix stupid. But it can sure muffle the sound.

It would be nice if, earlier in the game when the Mets were hitting Nola hard, they had plated a couple more. He seems to have found something like his groove.
