2024 CRANE POOL POST-SEASON AWARDS: Baserunner

Cast your ballot NOW!!!! for The Crane Pool Forum 2024 Mookie Wilson Award for Outstanding Mets Baserunner.

Batting can only get you so far, damn it! In 2024, as always, you need the wheels, instincts, good sense, balance, and overall athleticism to circle the bases like a big leaguer, and it's up to YOU to decide which Mets did it best.

Here's a blank ballot for you to copy and paste and type in ten best Mets in the category of baserunning adeptness as displayed in 2024.

Well none of them ran the bases backwards from home to third to second to first so I'd say it's a 19 way tie.

I wish we had real baseball to discuss right now.

I wasn't watching closely enough (or often enough) to be able to rank the players by baserunning.
