I think this is the second time I've been surprised that the Pirates have only had seven pitchers with 200 or more strikeouts in a season. I'm going to have to make a point to remember that Oliver Perez is one of them, for next time it comes up. It was the only one I missed today.

Yeah, the Pirates do have few strikeout kings. I had already used Perez for the Outside US one but I did remember Bob Veale from when I was a kid and he would dominate the Mets. 18 total.
