What's in Store for Twenty-Four?: Ronny Mauricio

Post by Edgy MD » Sat Mar 30, 2024 12:56 am

Yeah, I got hurt. But it was a non-contact injury. And the surgery is common enough for futbol players, and they get back on the field and are able to do their cuts and explosions, right?

I hope so. I'm kind of tall and long-limbed for a middle infielder, and maybe all that cutting and shuffling and accelerating and decelerating isn't the best thing for a guy of my build, and the future may be in the outfield, but I guess the relevant question for this thread is whether the future includes any 2024, because I need to get back on the field before all these new guys pass me on the depth chart.

So when do I get back, and what happens then?

Will let us down, hit .189 and be traded in the offseason.
