Houser’s mainstream stats were bad. His peripherals were worse. Never understood the move.

Hopefully this is his last start.

José Lima was signed to a minor-league contract during spring training and didn't appear as a big leaguer until May when John Maine got hurt a second time.

Whatever Houser is, he's not José Lima.

The point is, hindsight might show that had they made different moves, history might wind up dramatically different.

Hindsight shows all sorts of things. It's really, really easy.

But it doesn't show anything about José Lima comparing to Adrian Houser.
