So, prior to this Jets fuck-up, y'know the one that negated a guaranteed six points committed by a rookie on the second time he ever touched the ball in a game and on his first (would-be) TD, this kind of play which should never, EVER happen? Well it hasn't happened in the NFL since ... the previous week!
How this happens even once is beyond me. How it happens several times per year in the relatively few games played in the NFL or major college football just staggers the mind.

And the uncontested TD negated by a too-cool-for-school drop prior to crossing the goal line happened AGAIN!! in the NFL yesterday!!
For this to happen three times in a decade would be shockingly unacceptable.
That it's happened three times since late October (and maybe more for all I know) is moronic.
