Spring Survivor

Post by Edgy MD » Sun Mar 24, 2024 12:04 am

A big hand to the last Mets NRI from 2024 not yet shipped off to minor-league camp and points beyond. He still has a couple of humps to get over if he wants to go north, but there ought to be a special award at the end of camp, whether or not the player makes the team.

Your 2024 Spring Survivor is Ji-Man Choi!

Ji-Man Choi. Say what you want about the man, but he knows how to fight foo.

He has a 144 home runs and a .460 slugging mark at all levels.

I imagine his average is going to be really low, but he might provide some exciting moments.

I'm back

Vientos in mort. Can't really call him a prospect anymore

Choi was having a nice spring. He like Vientos loses to JD Martinez and to a lesser extent DJ Stewart

I'm not sure why this is a Vientos thread, but sure I can call him a prospect. And a player.
